Required:

• Bachelors Degree; and
• Valid Texas Teacher’s Certificate (Elementary/Secondary)

Preferred:

• Prior teaching experience.

The Adult Continuing Education Instructor Pool -Full Time is responsible for teaching adult learners (ESL or ABE/GED) and meeting the Adult Education Performance Measures (Retention, Academic Gains and completed Level), which may require phone calls and home visits after working hours and includes documentation and paperwork. All Full-Time instructors are required to obtain TEAMS access.
