REQUIRED: 

• Bachelor's Degree
• Valid Texas Teacher Certification
• Minimum of three (3) years of successful teaching experience;
• Ability to coordinate testing with campus personnel;
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 

The role of the Testing Coordinator is to promote a school culture that implements sound assessment practices, coordinates testing logistics, orders materials, provides trainings, and maintains test security and confidentiality for the district, federal and state assessment programs including but not limited to TAKS, STAAR/EOC, TELPAS, STARR-Alternate 2. The Testing Coordinator will train campus staff for all assessments administered at the campus and maintain the necessary certification records for pertinent assessments. The Testing Coordinator will work with campus staff to identify students’ needs to maintain appropriate testing program information (i.e., special education accommodations, schedules, etc.)
