DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES 

Facilitates registration and withdrawal procedures. Register all new students.  Gathers information on students who are withdrawing/transferring from the home campus.

 

Assists in placement and scheduling students in proper classes by subjects needed.

Handles record requests to/from other schools for transferring students. 

Assists in gathering pertinent data such as PEIMS, graduation information, and scholarship information. 

Files all Personal Record Cards and other student records.

 

Answers telephones, screens calls, and answers routine inquires. 

Communicates registration/withdrawal procedures to all stakeholders on an ongoing basis. 

Assists counselors and other front office staff as needed.

 

Follows established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties. 

Maintains confidentiality at all times. 

Maintains a high level of ethical behavior as is expected of all district employees. 

Maintains professional growth by attending inservices and meetings, as requested/required.

 

Performs any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Principal.
