REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Valid State of Texas Teacher’s Certificate. 
• General knowledge of coaching techniques and procedures;
• Knowledge of University Interscholastic League (UIL) Rules
• Four (4) years of experience as a coach or participant in the sport assigned

The responsibility of the Offense Coordinator is to instruct and coach students to develop the skill and ability to excel in the sport assigned; contribute to the educational program as a whole and to the growth of each student; develop a strength-building program during both in-season and off-season for all sports and at all levels; meet with intermediate school coaches and assist, when needed, in the improvement of all facets of campus athletic programs; is responsible for all assistant coaches and their evaluations; and to evaluate and recommend offensive philosophy to Athletic Coordinator.
